Children Policy

Effective Date: May 12, 2026

For the safety of our patients, visitors, and staff, we maintain the following guidelines:

Pediatric Patients

• Pediatric patients may be accompanied by one adult caregiver during their exam, as appropriate.
• Additional visitors, including other children, are not permitted in exam rooms or clinical areas.

Children Accompanying Patients

• Children accompanying patients are not permitted in exam rooms or clinical areas. Many of our exams involve radiation or specialized equipment, and limiting access helps ensure everyone’s safety.
• Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by a responsible adult in the waiting area and may not be left unattended.
• If appropriate supervision is not available, we will gladly help reschedule your appointment to a time when arrangements can be made.
