Visitor Policy

To maintain a safe, private, and efficient clinical environment, access to exam rooms and clinical areas is limited:

Visitor Guidelines

• One essential support person may accompany a patient when clinically appropriate, such as for mobility assistance, caregiving needs, or medical necessity.
• Non-essential visitors, including additional family members or friends, are not permitted in clinical areas.
• Minors are not permitted in exam rooms or clinical areas unless they are the patient.
• Children accompanying adult patients must follow the Children Policy.
• All other visitors must remain in the waiting area.

Obstetric (OB) Ultrasound Exception

• Visitor access for OB ultrasound exams is limited and occurs only after the diagnostic portion of the exam, in accordance with our OB Ultrasound Visit Information Policy.
